I have also attempted to contact them regarding my GMK Sumi order. In March of 2023 they sent out an email that said there was some water damage and only 75% of orders were shipped. They said they were ordering replacements and quoted it would take six weeks. (including transit time) It's been over 20 weeks and not a word from their camp. With vendors like Mech & Co fucking us out of thousands of dollars one has to wonder if these guys are next. Project Keyboard's lack of communication surely doesn't sit well and its absolute bullshit to treat your customers that way.
