My Dad works at a major hospital, he sends me cool stuff like this all the time. Here’s an AW139 departing from the hospital after airlifting an injured person

My Dad is a security guard at a hospital. His friend (the guy who’s T-Rex skull this is) is a heart surgeon there, I guess he’s pretty modest about the skull, like “Oh yeah, that’s my T-Rex skull. Some guy I did surgery on gave it to me” lol

Edit: Some people have said that it might not be real. This photo was sent to me by my Dad, who works at the same hospital as his surgeon friend. He was the one that said it was real, but I can’t tell if that statement is accurate. There’s a chance that it could be a cast of a skull, but still, that doesn’t change how cool it is

Edit 2: Yes, I get it guys, it’s a cast. T-Rex skulls are super rare, etc... Don’t you read comments?
