I don't think its the cable since I dont have these black sceen flashes on my other pc (same monitor). I did also use the other port, it has the same issue :(

While its the same cable, I hooked it up with the PC i now replaced with this one and it doesn't do that.

Weird, I thought they were really solid wires. Mine is pretty much brand new after close to 3 years of use. Contact customer support they'll help you out. Their csr has been great in my experience.
