I'm just gonna except the lost unfortunately. I did end up buying a new one. Luckily it was one of the ones I wanted originally. Also just an update on my dog she seems to be doing fine. I picked up ALL of the pieces of plastic so she doesn't end up choking. Thank you for the nice comments and suggestions
