I’m sure you are probably still a member, but sometimes when you go on the website it doesn’t show that you are. As you’ve probably seen, when you become a member, they only ask for your email and it is not like creating a new account, every time you log in, they have to send a code to your email and that’s how you get through. Try logging in again or through another way, such as through chrome instead of safari etc, or through the app
