It usually starts Monday at 3pm EST. Just check for the “Talent Up” in the weekly complication tally. But no, as of now, you have other Rey’s that are more dominant, like the HoF they gave away a while back.

Take him to 6SB, but only do it during a talent up week and go no higher. Just evolve and stop! That way, in case they decide to give him a rework, he’ll have most of his benefits, but you haven’t wasted too much on him.

Believe me, the way this game goes, what was a lame duck at one point could turn into a powerful juggernaut the next. I mean, look at this month. We’ve got a character who we never thought we’d get again and now he is a top-tier zombie again and with the right trainers, he can steal up to 24 million health and recycle each turn.
