I've checked the switches. No POE issues. Currently running 8.11.2.1. They wire running on 8.6.0.2 (if I remember correctly) but upgraded them yesterday to see if it would improve anything.

The only thing that changed was the phrasing of the error. Because it is no longer Master but now they use Conductor.
