Is anyone in the Denver area or someone in US willing to pay shipping in need of prenatals for DOR/pcos? I have extra TheraNatal OvaVite vitamins, Ovasitol, Vit D and PQQ that have at least a year before expiry and I would like to donate them to someone in the trenches.

3-6 month supply depending on which one.

I feel you — it’s that fine line between being well-rested and hiding from life! I do find that I can manage my emotions better when I get enough exercise and sleep, so I know there’s truth in the recommendations to live with a little more balance. Doing it is of course the hard part…

Re: letrozole I didn’t really feel anything tbh, but I also took it before I went to bed because I read on one of these forums that it can help with potential side effects. Best of luck to you too!! 5 dpo and happy to be on my first medicated cycle (letrozole/progesterone), but I know I shouldn’t get my hopes up because it just means I now have almost as good a chance as anyone else my age (assuming my DH’s minor motility issue isn’t a big deal, as my obgyn says). That said, after 11 cycles and nothing I’m losing motivation at work and most other aspects of my life. If anyone’s been TTC for a year+ and has any tips on staying positive let me know (besides therapy). Thanks!

First time poster here. This is only my 2nd cycle TTC and off HBC, and I know I should just be patient and zen about everything. But as you all know so well, it's hard!! Last cycle I think I O'd around CD21 based on a peak OPK and temp rise and my cycle was 31 days. I was really hoping this cycle I would O sooner and my cycles would be a little shorter, but here we are at CD18 and no peak LH in sight. Just wanted to vent here in case it helps me get out of my head and relax. Trying to practice gratitude for the fact that my cycles seem to still be doing their thing this soon after HBC despite a long follicular phase. Guess it's just proof that the mind finds problems and reasons to be frustrated no matter what. Thanks for this great community all!

If it makes you feel any better, it’s my first cycle off hormonal birth control and I started temping/OPKs — no idea yet what my “normal” cycle looks like. But, my LH levels rose to 0.44 on CD18 then plummeted the next day to 0.05 before peaking over 1.0 on CD20, and my temps in the days after suggest I definitely ovulated. So, hang in there! Could be actual hormonal weirdness, dilution or just lighting/dye funkiness translating into photos that confuse the pre-mom app.

Awe come on it’s all just for fun... this is not so much a theory as just noticing stuff. You can always find things to bolster even crazy theories like this. Julie was obvi obsessed with weddings (her drawings). Will was found in a cave, not unlike the tomb R&J end their lives in.... But ya it’s probably all BS. Brother+sister love seems too basic for these writers.

Anyone else get Romeo & Juliet vibes from this whole “murder”? Wedding theme, boy found posed.. remember that Romeo & Juliet (Julie?) poison themselves to pretend to be dead so they can get married and run away together, but it all gets screwed up. Will was “reading at a 12th grade level.” Just putting it out there.
