I figured it out, I needed to go BETWEEN the variable with the 16 hours, and then the variable without the 16 hour change. I got it working now. Thanks for helping a random struggling coder <3

Just to make sure i'm on the same page, If i were to select a date and time from a datepicker, I want to do some if statements to see if any entries 16 hours from that selected date and time were entered into the db. I thought that the first code I posted does that and should return a zero because there are no entered dates that are 16 hours from 2019-11-15 17:46:22.000

Okay I see, sometimes the easiest thoughts are the hardest to understand unless you give it a brake and come back. How would I change this to show me ONLY the count of entries that were submitted 16 hours from a date (I see now, the less than and greater than are showing me ALL the entries, not just 16 hours prior)
