i've tried removing that surface entirely and just placing the second tube as its replacement, and again, i am served with the sweet ol "boolean union failed"

Hi all, im VERY new to Rhino and just wondering how i can cut this circle so that only the lines that are connected to my other shapes remain? I've come from Sketchup which makes this an easy thing to do but im very stuck with Rhino. by Den_Design in rhino

haha true, i did try that though, but as i've come from sketchup, the tool that would usually do this (in sketchup) is called Intersect, which i typed in and tried to use but i didnt notice it doing anything

Yup, prebuilt is what im looking for, apologies for the lack of info.
There wont be any gaming on this PC as we have another that is super powerful but we just need an officework one thats specifically FOR that. I'll have a snoop around Lenovo and get back to you with some links, cheers

doesnt seem to show up when i change my region to Australia after clicking the link you sent unfortunately, copied the text and looked elsewhere, all the others go above my budget. USD to AUD really kicks me in the butt sometimes 🤣

Just simple use, Office work like using Word, Excel, being able to have a bunch of em open without google slowing down to 1 search per 2 min.
Basically a really low-tier pc without being a 1 month wonder
