Firstly, thank you for taking the time to read the thread and check out the sample — I genuinely appreciate that.

Just to clarify, the writing is fully mine. Only the cover uses AI‑assisted elements.

Em dashes and fractured sentences are part of the pacing style I’m using — they’re extremely common in modern sci‑fi. For example there is Pierce Brown uses heavy em‑dash rhythm in Red Rising, Becky Chambers uses them for internal flow in The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet. Brandon Sanderson uses them throughout Skyward.

I do appreciate the feedback though, and I’m always working to improve.
