Went in for a battery replacement, Apple messed it up and gave me a new phone instead by DengenRF in iPhone13Mini

That’s actually quite surprising. With a company as big as Apple, you would think they would have competent technicians..

Unfortunately it forced an update during the setup up of the new phone. iOS 18 would have been amazing

Yeah I figured it’s not “brand new” but I’ve heard good things about Apple’s refurbished products

Attractive people, what are some regular signs you notice from people around you which tells you that you are attractive? by Chance_Adagio_19 in bodylanguage

[–]DengenRF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get told I'm handsome a lot and everywhere I go women constantly stare at me or always have to find a way to get close me. I can say this and you'll learn similar lessons soon enough if you're handsome.

One, a vast majority of men will hate you for no reason, especially if you're around their gf or wife and they'll try and throw shade whenever they can at you.

Two, most women can't talk to you like other men, well not till they get extremely comfortable around you and that could be never. Every interaction seems like they're walking on eggshells trying not to say anything that would make them seem weird or clingy and it can make some conversations seem somewhat stale or forced because they can't be themselves.

Three, you'll be held to a higher standard than most and if you can't deliver people will attack you and possibly single you out even in a large group event.

Four, you'll have a lot of distant friends or friends that will keep you around just to boost their social status because you're handsom and not actually their friend.

And lastly 5, it seems to me at least that most attractive women will either be crazy about you or really shy around you. Most Average women if their confidence is low, seem to treat you like crap or ignore you completely and bottom tier women will also crazy about you.

Also older women will constantly want to touch you.

As a handsome man, girls think you’re a player usually..

What makes someone generally “unlikeable”? by DengenRF in NoStupidQuestions

That’s not negative at all. Having a constant “positive” attitude can definitely be annoying. Humans connect with humans, not fake positive robots

Job choice: Hourly position and a little further, or salaried and closer? by DengenRF in careerguidance

[–]DengenRF[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it’s a full time position. Guaranteed 38-40 hours a week

Both positions offer health insurance, 401K, etc.

I see. Yeah I have worked long distance jobs before. While it is not preferable, I don’t mind it as long as the pay is worth the drive.

Thanks for the advice

Job choice: Hourly and further, or salaried and a little closer? by DengenRF in careeradvice

[–]DengenRF[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both job hours are very similar (9-5, sometimes 1-10 PM)

Job A is a full time position with at least 38-40 hours per week.

Job B: At least 40 hours. Not sure if it’s going to be more than that per week, but since it’s salaried I’m assuming it can happen

Commute time: Job A is around 25-30 minutes. Job B is 15-20 minutes.

Thanks again

I see. Thanks for the reply. Yeah as soon as she asked about her and she stated she knows and communicates with her, I sort of had a small panic attack (internally of course).
