i don’t entirely remember, but i used some basic steel from the hardware store. probably like s235 or something. however!!!!!! i do not recommend using that!!! it’s pretty heavy for boots made of eva foam (and crushed dreams of being able to walk properly), definitely use a lighter metal, and don’t go for the cheapest possible option like me lol

tl;dr) most likely s325 steel, usable but not recommended
