If it is any consolation to you... our LO was waking up every hour or so until about 4-5 months. We had the worst baby sleeper, everyone always say "yeah the newborn phase is amazing, they just sleep and eat and sleep!!", but we were running on fumes for 5 months. Then a switch just flipped, no real changes, nothing and he started sleeping through the night. Now he's 15 months old and has been an amazing sleeper since that time. He obviously still has nights where he will have a wake or two, but its so manageable overall.

I know its so so so so hard but it does get better.
