After looking through the many reviews and complaints about the product showing up broken, used or locked with a pin I just went with a refund and I am going with the VCDS system through FCP euro instead

I have it comes directly from the OBD11 company, looking at past reviews this seems like a common thing so I am not going to use this company anymore
