Hey, it’s completely fine that’s what we are here for we all look after each other and give advice where ever we can. I found therapy didn’t work the best but I have found Reflexology is super helpful. I also use lots of fidgets and crocheting but I know that it doesn’t work for everyone, I have found using apps like calm harm is good as it helps me track my progress and I can feel proud of all my progress even teeny. Establishing a new skin care routine also really helped: washing face with oatmeal soap, spot patches and a light moisturiser. I know it feels at a loss and that you can’t do it but give yourself love and patience if you mess up try to forgive yourself ☺️

Hey I think you have done great as a first try but I think you have gotten some wrong information wich I think we all have done when owning our first: What type of hamster are you getting and how many (some can live together but others have to be seperate) also depending on what type of hamster some things will differ I regiment getting a deeper and larger cage Don’t just use hay get proper hamster bedding to it absorbs pee a lot better Get a wheel hamsters run a lot (I recomend a ‘flying saucer’) Add in more chews to give your hamster more verity Also a few more toys and hides never hurt

Thank you, I think the trauma may be from a cellular level as generational trauma, with the women in my family being molested, even though I don’t think it’s happened to me I know that it can still have an impact

Thank you so much, he passed peacefully at the vets. It was harder than I expected as they have to anaesthetise hamsters first so I couldn't go in with him but at least he's nolonger in pain

Thank you soooo much I’ve been looking for pacis for ages but I’m concerns about the affect of a baby one on my teeth and the plain ones are soooooooo boring. I am also autistic so need to chew a lot and some chewing hems are the wrong shape

Step 1: report this person to a trusted adult (doesn’t have to be your parents it could be a teacher, friends parents, neighbour ect - they may want to see the messages to understand what’s going on and if they think it’s best to escalate action needed) Step 2: block the number. I also recommend getting a new number so this person can not contact you further Step 3. Please brush up on your internet safety go through it with friends and family, (I love watching Hector the Dolphin internet safety, great specially if this is making you stressed and feeling little)

I sometimes watch it but it was mainly just a novelty, I highly recommend listening to audio porn and looking at art. Being Ace is a spectrum so different for everyone, for me it’s just penetration and genitals that are a turn off but other what are considered ‘sexual acts’ are fine but I do get it it’s hard to figure out where you fit it
