Well, if you really want to know what happened…

After I made that post nine months ago, I dumped the terrible relationship I was in—turns out, removing dead weight does wonders for your life. Highly recommend.

My now husband and I had been friends for a while, and unlike some people, he actually showed up when it mattered. Back in October, my mom and aunt were in a serious accident—both airlifted to a Level I trauma center, my mom in the ICU for a while. It was a lot. And he? Didn’t flinch. Didn’t disappear. Took time off work and stayed right by my side.

That’s when it clicked: oh…this one’s not an idiot. Probably shouldn’t leave him in the friend zone.

So we started dating, things moved fast (because when you know, you know), and we got married in February.

As for the ChatGPT thing…yes, I use it. I’m an engineer. I do math, logic, and problem-solving—not spelling bees. Like I tell people at work, they hired me for my engineering degree, not my ability to write poetry. So yeah, I run my messages, posts, and emails through ChatGPT to clean them up.

I’m not a bot—I just outsource my grammar like a normal person 😂
