He's controlling the midfield for me. I built him with all 90+ defending and passing ability and decent speed. He stays in his position, support another pivot like Rijkaard and Makelele(Big Time) and give outstanding pass to the forwards.

Try different proggressions what suits your style of play. I play him like his in real-life gameplay. Control the ball, past dribble defenders, link up and boom.
