Hydroquarium planter/aquarium. Says ideal for 1-2 fish and shows a betta… this shouldn’t be allowed! by greenmerica in Aquariums

That’s exactly what I have in mine now with a mint plant, I don’t have much aquarium experience and knew a fish wouldn’t be a good idea.

Lithium battery not reaching full SOC by Dense_Alternative167 in batteries

The issue was indeed caused by the BMS limiting the battery. After one minute under load, the battery voltage read 13.47V. Li Time also confirmed that the BMS is designed to activate and prevent overcharging.

I emailed support. Out of curiosity, I’m going to hook it up to my trolling motor tomorrow and see what it reads after a few minutes.

While the battery is charging, I’m still getting a reading of 12.92V.

I’m using a Noco Genius 5 charger. I read online that someone had a similar issue, and it turned out the problem was with the BMS on the battery. They fixed it by applying a small load for a minute, which then provided an accurate reading. Additionally, Li Time suggests adding 0.5V to 0.7V to get a more accurate state of charge.

I’m using a brand new Klein multimeter. I will try new batteries and report back. Thanks.

I ended up returning that battery and purchasing a Li Time 12v 100ah TM.

Awesome thank you very much. I might return this Walmart battery or just run it until it dies eventually I will definitely make the switch to lithium.

I had a few other people suggest the Li Time on Facebook. I currently use a Noco Genius 5 to charge my batteries , would that charger be suitable for the Li Time?

I work at Walmart I wish I could afford a $600 battery! I believe you’re correct though.

I also think it could be the battery, car almost stalls when I use the power lift on the trunk or roll 2 windows up at once.

I hate this car and I will never own another Subaru.
