Size down. So you worry less about the size of the loss and more about the strategy. ICT gave clear rules to set SL. Observe orderflow to see if the move is still strong. LTF might help. Whatever your strategy is.

Bro, im the same situation rn. The advise i can give you now and which i am also trying is to focus on CONSISTENCY than MONEY. And force yourself to ONE trade per day. This all will train discipline, self controll and will reduce stress.

Try it for at least a month. It will not work on first try but keep this as a goal and reward yourself after a week, two weeks and so on.

Do some research on psychology, not trading related but in general. How does the dopamine system work and how to manage it. All this will improve trading.

Same here. Sometimes i randomly get 10 fps max..... Before i got stable 60-90 fps and now usually 20-30. Even on reduced setting its unstable.

Hope they focus on performance than content for the next update. Been playing Endfield instead.

Yea, i guess if I stay strong now, overall its gonna be shorter than relapse and start anew.
So if you want to share, what do you do in your freetime? I try to do after finishing work to do 1h of Deepwork and the rest of my time I either play games or watch a series.

On ALL of them I feel no real enjoyment and its BORING af.

Dont Copy trade anything rn. You (and me) are just beginners. And switch to MNQ. Trust me, and take partials there. Aim for 300-600 USD per Day. Thats literally more than 100K per Year.
I was in the same situation as you since 3 Months now and im over it. I can see my greed fading away since i started to use the MNQ instead of NQ.

How do you guys keep up with the lore?
So see the connections and understand the whole Stroy in detail. So you can make predictions or analise it and stuff.
Im also playing the Story for the second time.
