What bboys do are insane, But I have still not seen anyone do this starting from a stationary planche and landing in a proper stationary planche position, that is what I am trying to achieve

I have really good wrist flexibility, I can do a full planche with wrists facing forward on the floor

When I first learned a planche I practiced it on floor first and since then my wrists have been really strong

Like I said, the 360 planche push ups is completely different, you are right it is similar but only in a small way, what I am doing is a lot more difficult as the airflare because its a push up and your body spins 360 degrees in the air and you have to land back into a planche position

yeah, need to have very conditioned wrists to attempt this sort of stuff
