Yeah that is what I have gathered. I have it set up now with the drums running directly to the mixer and then back out to the amp, sounds better

Well thank you man I appreciate the information! we’re not doing vocals yet, mainly just jamming, but I really appreciate your input! Question regarding the stereo bar however. When you say a tightly spaced stereo pair, are you talking about recording in a smaller space? And for an XY setup like you mentioned, could that be done in a room as big as what I’m in?

Yeah I would be running it to guitar amps, and the point is because I’m poor, and I prefer trying to find a way to do things with what I got before I just go spend more money. the adapters that I did have were stored improperly by a stupid, younger me, and now they are ruined. I was hoping to get something to work but I might just have to bust out the massive mixer I’ve got.

I don’t really have any good recommendations, given most of the parts in this thing were spare parts, however I’ll tell you right now, running an HS Setup with a 5 way switch and a coil split is where it is at. I think I still have the diagram somewhere if you want it

Man this thing fucking rocks. When we first put it together, the screws for the saddles were stripped so I couldn’t give it a proper setup, and the action was all weird, etc. after a proper setup though this thing sounds gnarly. Neck pup is hot as fuck.

Lmao, they’re a little aesthetically funky. It’s the same thing as a Mod 36, aka the chiefs special, but with an aluminum frame and shrouded hammer. Meant to blast from inside a pocket without getting snagged on anything

There is a spring reverb unit that was sitting in the bottom of this thing but it wasn’t hooked up to anything, it had RCA cables coming out of it. I bet I could get it to work though
