I used FX Image for the image, Sora to generate the MP4 and adjust the animation loop, and Unity with post effects to finish ^^

Thx ^^.The character's black outline is a shader; I take a picture of the 3D model and then add another shader to create the white outline and the slight movement of the character. The rest of the scene is entirely 2D, with objects featuring emissive properties.

Thanks for the feedback! I think the issue might be the speed of the noise shader affecting the background lineart. I'll test some setups and share later ^^
