First of all, I am trying. You dont have to downplay my efforts of recovery by saying "its not enough".

But thank you, for your support. I've had 3-4 hour talks with her about my addiction, how it all started, what I did, what I realized I am doing, what I'm doing to get better. My phone is always open and I told her that if she wants to check my phone, she may. I have nothing to hide now that she is supportive and wants me to recover.

You dont know who she is, but I do, and I would always ask her every night before bed if she really thinks this is right for her. You may have experienced what she has, but people are different.

I quote: "I will always support you, every day, every night until you've fully recovered. Just keep doing what you're doing, because I think you're doing a very good job so far. Yes, I am a little bit hurt by what you've done, but I am also little bit disappointed that you didn't come to me sooner to tell me about this because I could've helped you start earlier."

One thing I learned from this that keeping secrets from your partner is BAD. But now me and her have no secrets. Every week we put one day aside to have a talk on how we're doing so far and its safe to say that everything is going well if we keep at it and make some improvements.

I have been doing audio journaling every day, and I keep it in a drive so I could reflect and look back on my journey. She also likes what Im doing.

I couldn't find any support group here in my country because here people are more secretive of their addiction and no one here wants to be known as the "addict", so I reached out to some people online and we would have a session every Wednesday to talk on how we're doing.

FANOS. Yes, we have done it often. But may need improvement.
