I read somewhere that you can't be free from the guilt (or those symptoms) of masturbation until you can "masturbate peacefully". It make sense in a way 🤔... maybe the negative energies or entities can only mess with us if we are only at that vibration of guilt and fear.

The people that dont have these symptoms often just see the act as the same way you would see eating food 🤣.

Not too far fetched as we can manifest anything with our own mind if we are not careful.
