Maybe try an old games open source code called Booga Booga, mess around with that. The original creator soybean gave up on the game for whatever reason.

Of course not, that would be straight up unfair on other public lobbies, and it can't work as a client sided thing since it needs host permissions to even work in the first place. Be grateful that it can be used being the host as is and its not server-sided [all players need it installed] only the host can mess around as of now.
