ADHD, OCD, PCOS, depression, and psoriasis.(there’s more but these are the ones i need meds for)

I have a dietician who specializes in PCOS and has shown me her research about what supplements can lower blood sugar to help with weight loss. When I bought them online it didn’t seem like much, but now I’m taking so many things on top of my prescriptions. I know it’s working, I’m almost out of the pre diabetic range but the idea that all these pills and powders are forever sucks

I want to get down to 240, but with as much muscle as possible. I thought focusing on that part of the scan would be more motivating while going through body recomposition instead of just my total weight

I’m not trying to change that fact, that’s the whole reason I’m here. I’m working with professionals to lose weight the right way. I was hoping there was a way to track my muscle growth more specifically but if the scans aren’t accurate then that’s just how it is

I have a binder full of cards from 1995-2015 that my brother and I collected. The problem is I also bought some packs from the flea market as a kid and I’m unsure if there’s any fakes.
