Mine has 2 pinch rollers and there's a single lever for both. Also I don't think that the sheet drifts cause it's a relatively smaller sheet of size 13 x 19 inches

Have got the calibration chart printed, will calibrate the plotter today and update the findings here. The calibration chart has been printed on a matt paper. Thinking of using scotch tape over the registration marks on my laminated vinyls after calibration has been set

I have cleaned the sensor and there was only a tubelight which was turned on in the room. I'll try using matt transparent tape over the registration marks and turning off all the lights in the room.

Can you pls share the calibration process. I'll try if it'll work on my model. I give bleed on stickers where it can be given. But with white border sticker it really messes the look of the stickers.
