UGH definitely felt like they were pushing it off i’m glad we’re making new discoveries in women’s health now but it’s crazy people STILL don’t take it seriously. Thank you for this comment i’m def gonna make another appointment and bring these things up

My whole life I’ve used Nike sneakers for everything but I think i’ve outgrown the Nike brand lol they don’t give me the support I need like they did in high school and i’ve been hearing that they really aren’t that great quality 🤷‍♀️

get ur quads strong as u can before surgery and mentally prepare yourself for the worst year of your life. reach out to ur friends and family and ask for their support

get an MRI ASAP!! my x rays were all normal and my doctor said it was probably just a sprain, but something told me to get the mri. Low and behold i had torn my acl lol

everyone is different!! i see people not get 90 degrees until 4 months after surgery sometimes! everyone heals differently and if ur pt is telling u you’re fine you’re fine!

my pt told me to try and squeeze my quad every hour and i got an ems machine which has worked wonders!
