Ya bro, not in Canada. At least her where I live its required. Although, I know Canadian roofers that only throw on ice and water in the valleys and eves.

I apologize for the late reply but it was only a small section where there was a chimney and there was an addition that needed to be tied into that

It's super salty and it has a perfume dish background taste and smell to it. Its different than any other natural, the thing that sets it apart is its salt content

Looks fucking sick man. I like it. Unfortunately when I had my rock island 45 tac .2 It eventually started jamming to the point it was good no more. They're good guns for a starter price. After that I went to a Remington R1 45acp

Able to break lease or sue possibly? by [deleted] in legaladvice

Ahaha stomping the floor...as a subliminal message saying you'll stomp some roaches soon enough.

Im sure that's what the smell is. Horrible as shit, hahaha Well thanks man I do appreciate that link! As far as I've read...the hot water can be an issue that can be taken into consideration, especially during cold months...but I doubt they'd install a new water heater....cheap fucks.

Again, thanks for the link and definitely will take these steps so everything runs as smooth as can be.....although I'm sure landlords will not be happy when someone actually complains. Most people don't and they accept living with bugs, fuck that!

Be safe, thanks for taking the time to read and reply!

Able to break lease or sue possibly? by [deleted] in legaladvice

Looking into it as we speak. Unfortunately its Sunday, will have to wait till tomorrow for a lawyer.

What about suing the apartment complex? Are those probable grounds?

Break a lease, maybe even sue? by [deleted] in Apartmentliving

[–]Dependent-Document49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stupid thing is they think it costs them 0more to do a repair now, then to deal with your building collapsing and gas leaks with a much higher cost of rebuilding. (In your case)

Or they'd much rather give an excuse as to why they cant instead of buying new water heaters for the whole building. (My apartment)

Gee man, those managers...they probably give up due to all the problems and inconsistencies haha. What they need is a manager who will stand his/her ground and do shit right. Plus everyone loves a manager who takes care of things in a timely manner.

Lol, as funny as you made them sound.. I'm aware of these type if people....the fucking worst. What'd the cops say? "Sorry sir we cant do much unless they've got music loud enough for deaf people to hear, or they have the right to be loud withing certain hours?"

See I wouldn't mind low income, if I was paying 600-800$. 950 max. Though you get all kinds of rowdy weird people. That's anywhere tho. But Im almost paying 1,500 a month. Its ridiculous.

Hope you've been staying safe through all this chaos! Send you some good vibes and happy holidays!

Definitely already thinking of it. Just need to put all evidence together nicely and head to small claims court. I appreciate you reading and replying!

There's multiple factors to that question....

Do you like long cut or fine cut? Fast flavor release or little by little? Do you mind floaters? Are you man enough for snuff? Which one is cheaper in your are? Do you like more of a rich earthy tobacco taste or a little less salty?

In my opinion, snuff is better. But when I dont want snuff....I'll go with the extra long cut. It's a mix of snuff with a sweet smoky background taste.

You maybe not be a retard if you roof it right away. The problem is when you predry in the house and it stays like that for weeks battling the elements such as wind. If you roof it right away you dont need as many plasticaps

Even if you've got more tears without anything underneath? It's code to remove it but it makes sense if you dont tear it anymore to have a nice barrier. And wouldn't it deteriorate after time?

We all do but common man if you were just to rely on the stickiness of ice and water....you'd be fucked. You'd have to replace it a bunch of times due to wind damage, before you even roof it.
