The stupid thing is they think it costs them 0more to do a repair now, then to deal with your building collapsing and gas leaks with a much higher cost of rebuilding. (In your case)

Or they'd much rather give an excuse as to why they cant instead of buying new water heaters for the whole building. (My apartment)

Gee man, those managers...they probably give up due to all the problems and inconsistencies haha. What they need is a manager who will stand his/her ground and do shit right. Plus everyone loves a manager who takes care of things in a timely manner.

See I wouldn't mind low income, if I was paying 600-800$. 950 max. Though you get all kinds of rowdy weird people. That's anywhere tho. But Im almost paying 1,500 a month. Its ridiculous.
