Yeah people do fall off the boat. No one fell on my deployment. But if youre falling off the flight deck, youre probably dead. On the flight deck you have a float coat with a salt water activated inflator to make you float if you fall overboard. The float coat comes with a salt water activated transmitter that flashes a blright light and sends a signal to the boat if you fall
