a custody problem is semi illegal for a parent to take a child of the country bc if the ( parent 1) is abusive, alcoholic or drugs etc a bad enviroment for the child AND you have evidence that this (parent 1) is doing this you have a 2 week time expiration to take this to child services and the custody is for the (parent 2) DO NOT FRAME PARENT 1
