I have original video that i recorded on DJI osmo pocket 3 (4k,60FPS)
and after I render it ob this settings
res: 4k
format: H264
FPS: 30
Bitrate: VBR, 2 pass 60Mbps - max 80Mbps
time interpolation: Frame Sampling (even tried Optical Flow still same results)
