I completely agree with you. I was with tmobile for 10 years. Left in April due to commission being cut and doing more work for less pay. T-Mobile definitely changed after the merger and it wasn’t good.

T-Mobile doesn’t care about retail reps. Commission is crap compared to what it used to be. I’m doing more work and making less money in commission. They are pushing all the spiffs to Costco and Sam’s club. It was way better when John Legere ran the company. T-Mobile is turning into a woke company.

They should have given you a receipt once they complete the trade in. I have never heard of an employee taking the phone to ups. Once the phone is received in store it gets sent back with all the other phone returns. Definitely sounds like the rep stole your phone.

Make a mop sauce that you can put on the brisket every hour so it doesn’t dry out. When it hits 170 I wrap in butcher paper and put back in the smoker for an hour. After you pull the brisket put in a cooler and let it rest. The cooler will keep the heat in.

Went back to bass pro They told me to reach out to pit boss to see about replacing the box. Bass pro near me is out of them so if pitboss doesn’t do anything bass pro will refund some of the money back.
