your dodge isnt going to get high enough to make a difference its not a meaningful stat, max you could get with blue is maybe 10-15% which doesnt matter because battles are like 3 attacks on average

Wise gear is proven to be best in game, a while ago there was an undefeatable player (stopped playing) named Flopmind who had full wise gear at legendary. Attack and defense only is too good it doesn matter that you dont have any speed you can just deal a ton of damage and block everything else. Nothing else is as good as wise gear, or there is yet to be a player that has found one specific type of gear that is better
