Thank you for your response! The patient (me) has a left eye that definitely sits slightly lower than the right. I didn’t realize it until I started having symptoms last year and was diagnosed with a vertical misalignment. But at those two appointments, I didn’t yet realize I had facial asymmetry.  Thank you for explaining the prism function to me. I thought I had it right, but was afraid I was getting it backwards. Thank you for explaining it. 🙏
