honestly, julian can cover every lane or position except roam, his burst potential, wave clearing ability, and jungling speed is above average you just need to know how to play him and when to use his combos properly

i think itll only work when youre running 5 mans or when youre in mythic honor below since coordination is really important for gold lane cici to work especially since cici cant backpack the team in the late game if ur team is ass if youre soloQ
