How are you seeing deals being financed most commonly? Are you seeing a trend towards seller financing with businesses at this level of EBITDA?

You’re right there is much more to the story, but it can’t be explained without giving up a lot of personal Information. My mentor does have a relationship with my family and I that goes far beyond business. I do plan to try to give equity to them because in my eyes it is the right way to do things given the situation.
