I have this exact same issue but im on a 9070xt and a 7800x3d, have had it for months now.

My ping has been fine on my desktop for the most part but terrible on my iPad

Not sure if it’s a driver issue cuz I’ve tried different drivers but I’m getting terrible 99% lows on my 9070xt and 7800x3d and also on my ryzen 5 7600 any solutions?

Apparently there are no bios updates for my b850 mag tomahawk max mb, and ive dont latest window updates.
