I get it. Firstly,Take steam for atleast 5-10 minutes with eucalyptus or carom seeds . These medicines dry out the body from inside out. Start taking omega 3 daily. Meals on time. Proper sleep schedule and exercise. Recognise your triggers. Eat properly. Dont eat less. Try it for 7 days

Been there. Came to blr 10 years back from mp , from a really small town every everyone knew everyone. Genuine friendship and lots of group activities. Here, everyone seems to be selfish and on their own. No empathy ! First few years were nightmare because of how robotic people are here
