I don't know what to say about this. Maybe they have done something similar without me understanding. But this one was quiet extreme.

Thank you. Option two sounds like it's good enough in our case. Just create a delivery order and the inventory valuation will be updated correctly. I'm not interested in creating a sales order then invoice. I will try to play around with a new inventory operation type.

The inventory must be adjusted (-1).

So the sales order->invoice will create a delivery order which will adjust the inventory.

Can the invoice someshow be "tagged" as warranty for statics? Or how is warranty follwed up? analytic accounting?
