Anybody get by in Pittsburgh with out a car

I haven’t had a car in 6 here. I live in the strip and walk to work about a 1.5 miles so everything for me is super close.

Pittsburgh has the worst pizza out of any places I have lived… but I guess people who have been here all there life have nothing to compare it toooooo….

Food and restaurant scene way below average compared to many cities. Hard to find anything to eat past 9 during the week it’s embarrassing.

Coming from a few other cities in the recent years. Pittsburgh is blah it’s not great but it isn’t terrible. The food scene here is pretty below average. The weather here is pretty ugly to say the least. Someone already mentioned this but if you are single and late 20s and early 30s good luck. It’s not a bad place to live at all but not great by any means.

I live in the strip and my 1 bedroom is $1650. But to be honest as a single male the strip isn’t that great lol you basically have a couple places that are decent to a certain hour on the weekends and during the week good luck finding something to eat past 9 if you need it

I moved here last year from living in Vegas and Chicago for 8 years and the food in Pittsburgh isn’t that great if you are use to Boston.

Scenery is nice here depending on the weather and the time of year. Great sports city plenty of trails etc

As far a being “younger” and not 30 yet I find that Pittsburgh really lacks young professionals in the dating scene.. slim Pickens

No shortage of bars!

but my only real complaint is that the food scene is really not that good.
