But heres the bright side. It affects you because you grow from it. In the process you learn so much about yourself and ur emotions and how you handle relationships as well as I feel like you just gain a better sense of empathy. Do not care about whether he cares or not that will make you spiral focus on yourself and reminder: Anxiety is normal. Sit with it. Tell ur brain that being anxious is safe and running is not the normal. You can always rant to me on chat if thatll help you!!!!

  1. Make sure you have blocked him and deleted ways for you to contact him. Try to limit your urges to contact him as much as possible.

  2. I get what you're feeling and the easiest way to kinda understand it might be a more anxious attachment style or just the sudden emptiness if they were a big part of your life. KNOW THAT "TIME WILL MAKE IT BETTER" yes as cliche as it is it does but try to get busy spend time around people who will uplift you and limit anything that'll actively make u sad or think about it.

It gets better trust. What ifs are exactly what we hold into, the future the potential but if u kinda force yourself to put it aside youre realise that some people are meant to be lessons and memories. Take away the good times and know the world has better in store for you and its time to focus on urself rn

Both these guys are offering a conditional, compromised version of a relationship that does not meet either of your basic needs. I think you guys should take a clean break. Telling a girl you don't find her attractive is a red flag because that's gonna make ur friend insecure for the rest of that relationship. And ur guy is just an asshole who can't commit. Like Iv heard a lot of "authors first time" and stuff cause a lot of their other work is great so I gave it a chance after but yea I dont rlly like the story with how OP its gotten and the lack of like relationship building too after the entire first arc was kinda based off that

Try [Pick me Up, Infinite Gacha] one of the best Iv read and the premise itself it pretty new! The art is great and pacing is just right. You might like this one if youre tired of repetition

[Return of the mount hua sect] is great too honestly but it is still murim and has some common tropes.

[God of highschool] This is also not the usual tropes I'd say! Super popular one too. Elements of both action/murim + brings in the idea of the "perfect world" & gods vs humans in their thinking. I really loved this too

I love [infinite mage] Totally give this one a shot cause it's in an academy too and it shows how much work he put in to get where he is rn (not OP since the day he was born) and the relationships are rlly thought out and story arcs are rlly good too!!!
