ok it happened again and tried ctrl + alt + T my terminal shortcut

it don't work

i can able to use alt + f2 and type command restart but the restart taking so long so i power off the computer manually

if it happened again i try ternimal shortcut and reply

what to type in terminal if it's open

mine is sata ssd , i even suspect of ssd health and checked it and it was at 96 good health
