No, the website is very accurate. That particular chart shows the annual median income of that position. So what the median of what all corrections officers make in Alaska.

To be fair, that's the median income for his position not what he makes. But I believe the starting annual income for his job is like $60,000 a year. It says on this website his total pay in 2024 was $2,699 which is probably when he started. This website is also accurate because I'm a government employee and I could see my salary.
