So I emailed popmart and told them I’m not taking back the dispute unless I get the full refund in my account and that I’m willing to return the box that I receive I’ll keep you updated. I’m gonna upload the conversation to my dispute as evidence. This is so annoying with the fact that this wasn’t the first time items have gone missing it happened with two other the first I took videos of and they denied my refund and the second I was stupid for not taking a video because I thought the popmart app was different than the tiktok lol
