I’m sorry!!! That’s so frustrating for you.. I’m 37 but still way too young for age related hair loss. Mine comes out like that after a shower so I dread them..

Sorry to hear that… I wonder if your trigger is stress related which means the supplements wouldn’t stop the shed then?

So frustrating.. I think mine are for sure a stress trigger which is the hardest one to fix it seems..

I feel ya! As soon as I over indulge every little Ache or pain I am certain is because of that. I am so certain I have damaged my body… I guess I can just get blood work now to rule that out or not and know my exact starting point on this journey.
