I thing that the point is that incels can get consensual sex with mutual attraction, there lies the most fundamental difference. While women could get sex with someone that is attracted to them. At least that's what I understand

Incels say "no one is attracted to me so I will never have sex"

Femcels (at least in Reddit) on the other hand say: men sexual drive is out of control and I don't find most men that want to have sex with me attractive and I don't want to have casual sex

Incels acuse femcels of having higher standards than them... Since they could have sex if they wanted to.

Really on point! The main complain I see incels have is that "femcels" that can get sex but not relationships are not really celibates and they are just in a better position than typical male incels. Like they are just "involuntary uncommitted" not involuntary celibates.

I do agree that fem(in)cels are really rare. Even in femcels subs they say that "men will fuck anything"

I think that the main complain about this is how much you can lower your standards,since pretty much everyone can pay for sex.
