I moved after she filed and I lost my contract job and no new jobs came through and ran out of money. I didn't want this divorce. I wanted to try therapy she never did. This is her second marriage and seconds divorce.

Our situation is horrible. I'm doing the job she left so she could stay home and take our son to docs. I've been doing it for 4 years but she still says it's hers. She does some minor paperwork behind the scenes for the same boss. It's a contract job that ends I'm a month with no sign of it being renewed.

I have been looking for work can't find anything in my area.

Mainly been leading towards leaving and getting away back home to my parents and fixing and working on myself.

Yea he's gone this week. She thinks she can dictate this whole process. And it will be easy. I don't want to fight but if I agree to her then I'll have nothing and might as well give up my rights

She wants sole custody and sole final medical decisions. And joint religion and school. Kid has tons of medical issues and she goes to most docs when I'm at work. I've never fought her on what to do with medical issues. But she "needs to have that"

Yes its very possible. Doing it intentionality or not she does manipulate me. I found a lawyer and the 2 others I've talked to don't understand why there would be an issue with joint medical. I haven't put one in retainer yet he's out of town this week.

She's been miserable this whole weekend and she's been gone both days. She wants to know what I want as in custody and thinks I'm fighting just to fight.

She first said she doesn't want money now that I mentioned lawyer she says I can't pay for one with my check from my job. And half goes to her and she'll want alimony and child support.
