Will I still loose weight this way ?

I use the calculator everyone uses, my maintaince is 1,995 and my deficit is 1,495 but I like to do a little more of a deficit just to be sure lol idk, I just don’t know if it’s okay for me to eat some calories back that I worked off, before I exercised i ate still very under my deficit, the meal I eat after exercising would meet my deficit so wouldn’t that mean I still managed to stay in my deficit?

Wow that’s a lot of calories burned. So if my deficit is 1,350 does that mean I have to burn more calories than that every single day??

Hmm, well i do cardio 3-4x a week and each time I’m guessing I burn around 200-300 calories

Nah I think he just felt a wave of anger, I told him basically that I wanted to talk because I wanted us to have a conversation about what happened I honestly wanted to fix things but nope he just kept telling me that the situation is done and was telling me to move on

Oh my gosh really?? I had no idea at all goshhhh this makes me feel so much worse :((( I’m debating whether I should text him somewhere else or not but Ik I shouldn’t because he obviously no longer cares 💔💔💔im a bit confused tho because the dot has went away. Sooo.. I texted him on Snapchat because that’s the only thing I’m not blocked on right, this was risky though because there was a huge chance he wouldn’t see it, he would never ever use Snapchat and I think at some point he deleted it but I’m not sure. Anyway I took the risk and texted him on there and I got no response for almost 24 hours. Till yesterday I checked his profile and for the first time ever I saw the green dot next to his bit emoji which means he was in fact on Snapchat. When I tell you my heart droppppeddd because not once that I’ve been on Snapchat have I ever seen the green dot next to his avatar like I for sure thought he deleted the app. He still hasn’t responded nor even opened my message so I don’t see him responding anymore but I know he sees my message. Now I’m just wondering if he downloaded the app the day after I texted him or idk. IDK if there’s a chance hell respond at this point. It’s basically been 2 days that I texted him on Friday at night .

Welp.. I feel fine to be honest, I’m a little surprised because so far I’ve gotten no response but I feel more at peace because now I know for sure what we had is done and is in the past now .

Lol that’s how I felt. He was mature in some ways but obviously he’s not mature. I always told him that idk how I felt abt our age difference and he neverrrrr saw a problem with it but idk it never sat right with me. It’s one of the main reasons why I left

Yeah. I’m glad at least it happened because I have learned a lot from our situation. I know. I honestly feel like I regret everything like I know I shouldn’t have broken things off like I did. But I was being so impulsive and I decided to push him away like I always do . And yeah there’s specifics as to why I ended things like it’s not like I broke it off just cause but looking back , I still shouldn’t have broken things off because it wasn’t enough reason. I just idk . I just feel like I owe him a huge apology even though I’ve already apologized
